As Uber Eats expanded its restaurant network in Japan, most menus existed only in Japanese—making the app difficult to use for foreign residents and inbound travelers. In Japan, "Binance Japan" provides cryptocurrency trading services, and the company is also actively involved in research and development of blockchain technology and educational efforts to spread knowledge about it.

We were requested to help increase awareness in Japan and improve the Domain Rating (DR) of the Japanese site. Faced with the challenge that the overseas team could not communicate in Japanese for acquiring backlinks to the Japanese site, this project aimed to improve recognition in the Japanese market through web localization and backlink acquisition strategies.

Their customer targets are facility managers and executives, primarily operating in Japan with services available in both Japanese and English.

Following a history of no inquiries after the previous website was completed, the client requested a website renewal. At the time of the request, challenges included outdated technology, usability issues, and concerns about using a legacy CMS. Through this renewal, they expected accurate proposals and planning aligned with business goals, rapid response, and high-quality project management.

Japanese Website Renewal with Webflow Migration, SEO, and Analytics Setup
Morbido Inc. is a casting company with around 30 years of history, supporting the casting of celebrities, models, athletes, cultural figures, and other talent for advertising, events, PR, and related projects.

IGNITE migrated Morbido's existing Japanese website to Webflow, added a new blog function, implemented basic SEO foundations, restored GA4 and GTM tracking, and supported multilingual rollout. The goal was not only to refresh the site's appearance, but to rebuild it as an operational platform for future inquiries and content publishing.

The Japanese website was officially launched on Webflow on April 27, 2026. IGNITE migrated 8 existing pages, added a blog function, and published 3 SEO articles on launch day. The analytics setup was restored through GA4 and GTM, with successful verification through HTML output, GTM Preview, and GA4 Realtime on May 7, 2026. The project also identified 11 technical SEO issues, fixed structured data issues on the homepage, and confirmed eligibility through Google's Rich Results Test. After launch, IGNITE provided Webflow operation guidance so the client could continue updating blog content and making minor site changes internally.
Japanese Website Localization for Better Search Visibility in Japan
Global Coin Solutions is a Canada-based company specializing in foreign currency fundraising, cash management solutions, and currency logistics. The company helps organizations process unused foreign currency and connect leftover coins and banknotes to charitable fundraising and cash management programs.
Project Details
IGNITE supported the Japanese localization of Global Coin Solutions' English website for the Japanese market. Because the business includes specialized concepts such as foreign currency fundraising and cash management, direct translation alone was not enough. IGNITE first clarified the business model, selected appropriate Japanese terminology for each context, and then handled content upload into a non-WordPress website system, post-upload checks, and Japanese title and description localization.

Results
Before the localization work, Google Search Console showed no search traffic from Japan. After the Japanese content was published, search traffic from Japan became visible, including activity from target keywords such as foreign currency donation and foreign currency fundraising. The average click-through rate was around 6%. By localizing the page content, titles, and descriptions, IGNITE helped improve the site's discoverability in Japanese search.
B2B Advertising
Revenue-Share Advertising and Landing Page Improvements for Cleanroom Cleaning Inquiries
Japan Health and Hygiene Association, also known as Sanipro, is a B2B specialist providing services such as cleanroom cleaning, environmental measurement, pest control, and hospital operating room cleaning for environments that require advanced hygiene management. The company serves sectors including semiconductors, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and research facilities, each with distinct hygiene requirements.
Project Details
IGNITE supported new inquiry acquisition for Sanipro's cleanroom cleaning service through a revenue-share model covering Google Ads management, landing page production and improvement, and white paper planning. While ad click-through rates were already around 7-8%, conversion rates were close to zero. For a high-value B2B service, the funnel relied too heavily on immediate free consultation or quotation requests, leaving early-stage information seekers underserved.

The project turned a near-zero web inquiry channel into a funnel that generated leads progressing to business discussions and site visits. Sanipro recorded 3 conversions in February 2026, a new semiconductor-related conversion in April 2026, and 2 confirmed real conversions in May 2026, with performance fees for two May conversions billed. May 2026 ad spend landed within budget for the first time at ¥163,853, and CPA improved 60% month over month to ¥81,927. IGNITE also produced and began using a 13-page white paper as a post-inquiry nurturing asset.
Multi-Channel Advertising Management
A Japanese construction company providing various B2B services including construction, apartment/building renovation, and pest control.
Project Details
Joto Techno wanted to grow its "Office Renovation" service but did not know which advertising channels would actually produce B2B leads at an acceptable cost. IGNITE planned and executed a lead generation strategy with a monthly budget of ¥2 million, testing and combining multiple channels—email, social advertising, and contact form outreach—to find the most effective mix.

IGNITE was asked to build a social media discovery foundation through Instagram and Pinterest from a stage where the format for overseas-oriented SNS communication had not yet been established. The challenge was not simply posting attractive photos, but helping English-speaking travelers understand the rooms, the sense of comfort for solo travel, and how the stay could fit into a Yokohama Chinatown itinerary.

From November 2025 to March 2026, cumulative performance reached approximately ¥2.42M in ad spend, about 1,528 purchases, approximately ¥16.52M in revenue, and cross-channel ROAS of about 6.8. In May 2026, the account also achieved about ¥3.73M in revenue and ROAS of 6.2 on ¥602,556 in ad spend, while Meta existing-customer remarketing exceeded ROAS 15 and reached ROAS 45.60 during the Black Friday period.

IGNITE created a new overseas-facing official website in Webflow for Western and English-speaking users. Rather than simply translating the Japanese information, the project reframed the facility around the decision points international travelers need before booking, including cleanliness, quietness, semi-private comfort, sauna and public bath access, and the experience of staying in Yokohama Chinatown. The site was designed as an official hub that could receive traffic from social media and article advertising.

IGNITE launched a new Webflow-based English website as the official information hub for overseas users. The site organized the facility's strengths into a clear story: a clean and quiet semi-private stay, sauna and public bath access, and convenient access to Yokohama Chinatown. It also became a landing hub for related initiatives such as Instagram and SoraNews24 article advertising.
